I have to brag :))) These days I made tomato juice for the first time, the only good thing to enjoy in winter. And as I was stuffed upside down in tomatoes, skins and seeds :)) I didn't have much time for elaborate dishes. I needed something to throw in the pan, but in the end it would be tasty and powerful. After a short inspection in the refrigerator I decided to make this appetizer with mushrooms . In the end it was exactly how I wanted it! 😉
- 2 green onions
- ~ 300 g Brown mushroom mushrooms
- 100 g Brie cheese
- a few pickled dried tomatoes
- a few capers
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
Preparation Appetizer with mushrooms:
Finely chop the onion. Heat only the white part in a little olive oil, then add the sliced mushrooms. Cover with a lid, stir from time to time and keep on the fire until the mushrooms soften and reduce the juice left by them. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add chopped cheese, dried marinated mushrooms, onion tails and capers. Homogenize and set aside.
Divide the composition into 2 Ramekin dishes, break one egg on top and bake on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the egg is ready.
Serve hot or cold, as desired. Kiss with some toast 😉
