Apple and caramel tart

* For countertop:

* 3 eggs
* 3 tablespoons sugar
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 3 tablespoons flour
* vanilla essence
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix until you get a glossy meringue. Rub the yolks with oil and vanilla, then pour over the meringue. The flour is mixed with the baking powder, then it is easily incorporated in the composition.

The composition is poured into the tart tray well greased with butter and put in the oven over medium heat, until it is nicely browned on top. Leave to cool in the pan.

* For the cream:

* 1 sachet Cream Ole
* 150 ml of milk
* 250 ml liquid cream

Cold milk is mixed with liquid cream. Add the pudding powder and mix until you get a fluffy cream.

* For caramel:

* 3 apples
* 50 g butter
* 1 glass of sugar
* 1 glass (same) whipped cream

Peel an apple and cut it into cubes. The sugar is caramelized over low heat, stirring constantly. When ready, add the butter and mix until it melts, then add the whipped cream. Put the diced apples, stirring gently. Boil a little longer, until the sauce starts to thicken, then leave to cool.

Pour the top on a plate, then distribute the cream evenly over the entire surface. Cover with caramel apples and garnish with whipped cream.
