A very good and fragrant apple cake. I finished eating it in a few hours. :))
- 150 g sugar
- 130 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 80 g coconut
- 160 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 3 apples
Method of preparation:
We boil the milk and when it boils we add the coconut and mix well. Let it cool.
Soft butter, at room temperature, mix it with sugar until you get a fluffy cream. Add one egg, mixing well after each one.
We also add the rooster with milk, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. At the end we incorporate the peeled apples and cut into cubes.
The obtained composition is poured into a tray (20/20 cm) lined with baking paper
and bake on medium heat until browned.
Leave to cool in the pan, portion and powder with sugar.
