Ingredients:

ss:
-for the dough:
500 g of flour
200 g soft butter (82%)
200 ml cream
1 yolk
a pinch of salt
40 g sugar
1 sachet baking powder (10 g)
1 tablespoon vinegar

-for the filling:
4 sour apples
2 tablespoons semolina

Vanilla pudding :
2 sachets of vanilla pudding
800 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation :
For the dough, mix all the ingredients (baking powder mix separately with the vinegar and add over the rest of the food) and knead a soft but non-sticky dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Wrap the pieces of dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the apples, peel and cut into cubes.
Take a ball of dough and spread it on a baking sheet, with the rolling pin, then transfer it to the tray (18×25 m), prick it with a fork from place to place, sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of semolina, then place the apple pieces .

The second sheet of dough is cut into thin strips 1 cm wide.
The pudding is prepared according to the instructions on the envelope. Hot stretches over the apples in the pan.
Place the grilled dough over the pudding. On the diagonal are placed thin strips at a distance from each other, half of the sheet; the other strips sit on top of them, like a grid. (I advise you to spread the dough in a thin sheet of a few mm because it will grow quite a lot).

Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes, until browned on top.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then remove from the pan and slice.
