Ingredients:

-for the dough:
500 g of flour
200 g soft butter (82%)
200 ml cream
1 yolk
a pinch of salt
40 g sugar
1 sachet baking powder (10 g)
1 tablespoon vinegar
-for the filling:
4 sour apples
2 tablespoons semolina
Vanilla pudding :
2 sachets of vanilla pudding
800 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
Method of preparation :
For the dough, mix all the ingredients (baking powder mix separately with the vinegar and add over the rest of the food) and knead a soft but non-sticky dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Wrap the pieces of dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.




The pudding is prepared according to the instructions on the envelope. Hot stretches over the apples in the pan.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes, until browned on top.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan, then remove from the pan and slice.
