* 120 ml of warm milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 50 g sugar
* 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
* 1 can of Milli butter cream
* 2 teaspoons dry yeast
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 550 g flour
* For the filling:
* 2 apples
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons sugar
Peel an apple, grate it and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

The dough is the one I usually prepare for donuts.
I prepared it at the bread machine, the kneading + leavening program, in total 1 hour and a half. I put the ingredients in the vat of the machine and I took out the dough on the floured table when it was ready to be raised.
It is spread in a 0.5 cm thick sheet, and the apple cubes are evenly distributed over the sheet.

Roll as tightly as possible, then with a sharp knife cut into slices of about 2 cm.

Leave it to rise on the table for a while, then fry it in an oil bath.
Fry on both sides, remove on an absorbent towel, then powder with plenty of sugar.
