Preparation Apple and meringue tart:
Mix cheese, milk, oil and sugar in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Incorporate the flour into the cheese paste and knead until the dough sticks to your hands.
Spread a sheet on the floured table and put on a detachable round shape, greased with a little oil. The dough also rises on the walls of the form, forming a border 2-3 cm high. While we are preparing the filling, we put the tray in the fridge.
Filling:
Peeled apples are cut into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then powder with cinnamon.
We caramelize the sugar over low heat. When it has become liquid and has acquired a golden color, add the butter and mix vigorously, until it is incorporated and we obtain a delicious caramel. Add the apples and mix lightly with a spatula, until all the apple cubes are full of caramel. Lasama cooled him.
Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs in the pan and pour the apples. Level and bake on medium heat for about half an hour.
Decor:
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and vanilla and continue beating until you get a glossy meringue.
After 20 minutes of baking, remove the tart from the oven and sprinkle the meringue on top, in the form of a grill. Put it back in the oven until the meringue is golden.
Leave to cool in the pan, remove the detachable ring and portion.
