Ingredients:

  • * 190 g flour
  • * 1 teaspoon dried yeast
  • * 1 tablespoon sugar
  • * 100 ml milk
  • * 40 g butter
  • * vanilla
  • * Crushed dough:
  • * 100 g flour
  • * 50 g sugar
  • * 50 g soft butter
  • * 30 g ground walnuts
  • * cinnamon
  • * Filling:
  • * 4 large apples
  • * 2 tablespoons sugar
  • * 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • * 50 g butter

Preparation Cake with apples and crushed dough:

It took:

Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the yeast and a pinch of salt. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough.

Crushed dough:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until fine crumbs are obtained.

Filling:

Washed apples, peeled and cut into cubes. Put to harden in a pan with sugar, butter and cinnamon. Boil until they begin to soften, then drain in a sieve.

Spread the dough in a removable tray, previously greased with butter and lift a border of about 3 cm. Distribute the apple filling evenly, then cover with the crushed dough.

Bake over medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool, then powder with sugar.
