Today I present you another recipe for strudel with apple, with homemade dough !

I found the recipe for strudel with apple, with homemade dough here at a nice cook, Daniela, and from the moment I saw it, I knew that the dough is a great one, so I prepared it. Thank you very much!
The dough is simple, economical, extremely pleasant and easy to work with, so I recommend it.
I hope you like it as much as it has conquered me since I first saw this recipe.
Preparation time: 1 h No. servings: 20 – 22 pcs
- it took:
- 1 or
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 lg sunflower oil
- 12 lg mineral water
- 1/2 lgta baking soda
- approx. 500 gr wheat flour
- 1 lg powdered sugar
- for some dough sheet:
- 6 lg oil
- 3 lg flour (lg grated)
- apple composition:
- 8-10 sweet apples
- 150 gr walnut kernels (baked, chopped large)
- sugar to taste ( I did not use sugar )
- spices to taste, I used:
- 2 lg cinnamon
- 1 vrf lgta cardamom
- 1 vrg lgta nutmeg
First prepare the oil-flour mixture to grease the dough sheet.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the oil until smooth, then transfer to the heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then set aside and allow to cool. Separately, in a bowl, mix the egg, a pinch of salt, mineral water and oil. Mix well with a fork, then add flour and knead an elastic dough and very pleasant to the touch.
On a floured plate, spread the dough in 1-2 sheets, in a thin layer, then grease well with the mixture of flour and cooled oil. Roll each sheet tightly and refrigerate for about an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the apples. Wash and clean the stalks, grate them finely or cut them into very small cubes, as you like. They can be hardened, if you want, I prefer them raw.
Note: if you want to add sugar, now is the time. From the sugar, the apples will leave juice, so you have to leave them for a while until they leave their juice.
Add the walnut kernel, spices (to taste), I prefer it flavored. The apple composition is set aside until it can be used.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.
Remove the dough from the cold. As rolled and tight, it is stretched with a twister, in a thin layer of 0.5 – 1 cm, or as each wishes.
Place the apple composition (slightly drained) in a straight line at the edge of the sheet, then roll as many times as you want. I ran them a few times, so you can see in the pictures how beautiful it turned out.
Do the same with the other sheet of dough. The rolls obtained are placed in a tray provided with baking paper. Lightly press with a knife or spatula at intervals of 8-10 cm (or as desired) so that it can be easily sliced when serving.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees C for about 30 minutes.
When it turns brown and smells baked, remove from the oven, quickly grease with hot water and cover with a clean towel.
Serve hot or cold with a tea. It’s an unborn dough!
