Apples stuffed with veal meat -delicious recipe

* 2 apples
* 200 g of veal pulp
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 glass of red wine
* juice from 1/2 lemon
* salt and pepper
* Paprika
* rosemary
* cheese sprinkled on top

Finely chop the meat.

Finely chop the onion, grind the garlic, then fry a little in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the meat and wine and simmer until all the juice is gone. Match the taste of salt and pepper, add a little paprika and rosemary.

The apples are cut into a lid, then with the help of a teaspoon, the seeds and part of the core are removed. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then fill with lightly chilled meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put the lids.
