To end the series "with za'atar" :)) Did I confuse you a lot? :))
* For countertop:
* 125 ml water
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 2 dogs wholemeal flour
Yeast mixed with sugar is dissolved in warm water. Then pour over the flour mixed with salt and knead an elastic dough, slightly sticky. Leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
Spread the dough in a tray well greased with oil and lined with flour. let it rise again.
* For the sauce:
* 1/2 glass of tomato juice
* 1 tablespoon za'atar (recipe HERE )
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix the zest with the oil, then dissolve with the tomato juice.
I used commercial tomato juice, but you can also use tomatoes, which you scald, peel, then blend. 😉
* For the filling:
* 1/2 chicken breast
* 7 slices of pork chop
* 150 g cheese
Pour the sauce over the counter and spread it all over the surface. Put the chopped slices on top, the diced chicken breast and cover with grated cheese on a large grater.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
