- * 200 g butter
- * 3 cloves garlic
- * tails from a green onion
- * 1 teaspoon rosemary
- * salt and pepper
Preparation Aromatic butter:
Put the garlic, onion tails with rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl (or mortar if you have it) and grind until they become a paste.
Soft butter at room temperature mix until fluffy, then add over the paste and mix.
It is used to flavor any kind of meat, potatoes or can be served as such with toast.
