We need:
200 g wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove crushed garlic
160 ml of warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
The flour is mixed in a bowl with salt, then with the rest of the ingredients. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rest for a while, then divide it into 5 equal parts.


We spread each piece of dough with the rolling pin on the floured table, as thin as possible.
In a well-heated Teflon pan, bake the piadinas for 2 minutes on each side and 1 minute on the other. Keep warm under a towel until serving.
Very fragrant and delicious!


Next time I will try the aromatic herbs version. 😉
