Aromatic pork roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of chop (700 gr)
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 bunch of green parsley
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • smoked sweet paprika
  • 150 ml dry white wine
Preparation:
We wash the meat and tampon it well with an absorbent napkin. With a thin-tipped knife we cut the meat so as to make it thin. easily.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and a little thyme on one side.
Mix the parsley, basil, garlic with the 2 tablespoons of oil.
We spread the formed pasta over the piece of meat.
We roll the meat. We close it with toothpicks and put it in a tray, not before sprinkling smoked paprika over it.
Pour the wine into the tray, cover with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge overnight or at least for a few hours.
Occasionally we turn the roll.
Put the tray in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown.
