The first time I make this combination. It's not bad …. it's not bad at all! :))

Asparagus with potatoes and Dutch sauce recipe


Ingredients:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 10 strands of green or white asparagus
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • salt

Ptr. S.O.S:

  • 150 g butter
  • 3 yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Italian herbs
  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water. When they are almost cooked, boil the asparagus al dente (3-5 minutes). Drain the water and allow to cool slightly.
Heat the butter until it melts, then leave it to cool a bit. Mix the yolks with a whisk on a steam bath until they become slightly frothy, then add the butter in a thin thread, continuing to mix. At the end, add the lemon juice and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the potatoes and asparagus on a plate, add the sauce, and put the slices of ham on top and sprinkle the chives, then serve.
