An avocado paste that is very easy to prepare, delicious and aromatic. It can be served as such on crispy slices of bread or vegetables.
Over the weekend I made some crispy and sticky chicken wings, inspired by Laura Laurentiu , with a garnish of baked potatoes. I put this avocado paste over the baked potatoes. A madness!
1 well baked avocado
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
hot pepper flakes
Avocado is cut in half. Remove the seeds, then scoop out the core with a teaspoon. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, then pass well with a fork. Add the olive oil, a little at a time and mix gently until smooth. Add the crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle a few hot pepper flakes.
