baby potatoes with rosemary and garlic

I like new potatoes, whether they are ours or from other lands. How I appear in the market only to them is my thought, and the old ones seem so tasteless to me. Whims, some would say! :))))

Of all the potato recipes that exist in this oven, I like the most. They are easy to make and very tasty! 😉

  • 1 kg of new potatoes
  • 2 heads of garlic (green)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Preparation New potatoes with rosemary:

Wash the potatoes very well with an abrasive sponge and clean them if necessary. They are boiled in salted water, 10 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. Drain well in a strainer.

Grind the garlic with salt, pepper and a sprig of rosemary. Add the oil and mix. Put the potatoes in a bowl and put the garlic on top. Mix well, then turn the potatoes in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are browned. During this time, turn the potatoes from side to side, so that they brown evenly.

Serve hot. A little goat cheese on top and a mixed salad with valerian and the meal is ready. 😉
