* 300 g bacon
* 1/2 clove garlic
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* juice from 1/2 lemon
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* salt and pepper
* 1 glass of white wine
Chop the garlic and make a sauce with the 2 tablespoons of oil and lemon juice. Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
Grease the trout with this mixture. Grease the inside as well.
We cut the bacon into thin slices, with which we will wrap the trout, from head to tail. Put in a pan greased with a little oil, pour the wine and put in the oven until browned.
Serve with natural potatoes, green dill and lemon.
