I recently got some nice little cake shapes. I tested them today and made these cakes. Of course it can be done in the form of a big cake, but they are more “thin”, right? :))
So this time I celebrated Dragobetele with a cake and a glass of warm milk. :)) How did you celebrate?
200 g sugar
250 g butter
350 g flour
100 ml of milk
100 g of chocolate dragees
1 baking powder
It’s a very simple recipe and doesn’t require much effort.
The soft butter at room temperature rubs until it becomes fluffy with sugar and vanilla essence. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each one. The composition will look like it was cut, but it’s not a problem, it will recover when we put the following ingredients, respectively cold milk and flour mixed with baking powder. At the end we incorporate the chocolate dragees,
mixing lightly with a spoon or spatula.
Dragees can be replaced with grated chocolate or pieces, with walnuts, coconut…
Pour the dough into the forms greased with oil and lined with flour
and bake on medium heat until lightly browned on top.
Remove to a grill and leave to cool, then portion.
