Baked beans with tomatoes |
* 500 g pasta beans
* 1 onion
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 1 cup meat soup (or water for fasting)
* salt
* thyme
Finely chop the onion and put it in a layer in a heat-resistant dish greased with oil.
The cleaned and washed pods are cut into pieces and added to the bowl over the onion. Salt to taste, sprinkle with dried thyme.
Pour tomato juice and meat soup (or water) over it to cover the beans

and put in the oven over medium heat until all the juice is reduced.
Serve hot, with polenta and garlic sauce (who is not on a diet :)))
