What happens when you can't decide what to eat? When you seem to eat a bite of potatoes , but a bacon chicken with Duchesse potato garnish smiles on you ? :))) Of course we play, we combine them and voila !!! :)))

~ 500 g potatoes
50 g butter
50 g cheese
1 or
salt and pepper
a nutmeg powder
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them in salted water. After boiling, drain the water, strain and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg. Add the butter, egg and grated cheese on a large grater and mix well.

1 chicken breast
4 cloves garlic
1 carrot
1 or
salt and pepper
dill

Chop the chicken breast, then mix with the finely chopped carrot, crushed garlic, egg, dill, salt and pepper to taste.

In a heat-resistant bowl greased with butter we put a layer of potatoes, then the meat composition.

Cover with thinly sliced bacon and bake over medium heat until golden brown.

Serve hot.

Very good and… where else do you say that it is made much easier than the food I was going to make? :)))
