* green parsley

* 1 slice of bread
* 1 pack of sticks (80 g)
Chop the chicken breast, then mix with lightly beaten eggs, finely chopped parsley, grated potato with small eyes and squeezed well with the juice and slice of bread soaked in milk and squeezed well afterwards. The taste of salt matches.
Grind the sticks not very finely and put them on a plate.
With wet hands, form the meatballs, then roll in abundance through the breadcrumbs.
