* 1 chicken breast
* 400 g small pasta
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 1 bell pepper
* corn grain
* a few bouquets of broccoli
* 100 g cheese
* salt and pepper
* oregano

In a heat-resistant bowl well greased with butter we put a layer of pasta, about half the amount. Place the pieces of breast on top and season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.

Cut the pepper into long strips and place it on top of the meat together with the corn kernels and the broccoli bunches.

Cover everything with the rest of the pasta. Pour tomato juice and a little water on top, if needed, and put in the oven over medium heat until all the juice is reduced. A few minutes before it is ready, sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it back in the oven, until it is nicely browned on top.

Serve hot.
