Recipe Baked fragrant potatoes

- * mushrooms
- * salt and pepper
- * Paprika
- * rosemary
- * green parsley
Preparation Baked aromatic potatoes:
The quantities are purely indicative, depending on how many portions you want to make.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4. Boil them in salted water. It doesn't boil very much, just enough for the fork to enter, but not to break.
Drain the water and put in a tray in which I put the sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. Pour a few tablespoons of olive oil on top and bake until golden brown.
When they are ready, sprinkle with chopped green parsley and serve hot.
