* 4 large mushrooms
* 300 g of liver
* 1 onion
* 1 red
* 3 cloves of garlic
* salt and pepper
* green parsley
Cut the mushrooms into slices, onion into quarters, as well as the tomato.
Put a layer of mushrooms in a pan,
one of liver, and onion, garlic and tomato we slip through. :))
Salt, perish and sprinkle with thyme to taste. Pour a little olive oil and 1/2 glass of water on top. Put the pan in the oven over medium heat, until all the juice is reduced and the livers are browned.
When we remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green parsley in abundance.
