- 600 gr pork pulp
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- Bay leaves
- dried thyme
Method of preparation:
Wash the meat and cut it into suitable pieces.
We clean the onion, wash it and finely chop it.
In a pan pour the oil, put the onion, then the pieces of meat.
Put the tray in the preheated oven until the onion softens and the meat begins to brown slightly, and the water left by the meat has decreased.
Add the mixed tomatoes, pepper paste, and spices, minus the garlic.
Leave in the oven until the sauce binds.
Remove the tray and add the crushed garlic.
Serve with a garnish of your choice.
