- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet I used, but can also be spicy or smoked)

Preparation Baked pork tenderloin:
Wash the pork tenderloin and dry it with a paper towel.
In a mortar, crush the coriander seeds and cumin seeds a little. Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
Put the muscle on a piece of baking paper and "tan" it well with spices.
Wrap the muscle in the baking paper and tighten well at the ends, until it acquires a cylindrical shapePut it in a tray in which you put "a finger" of water and bake on medium heat for about 25 minutes. After this time, tear the paper and leave the muscle in the oven for about 10 minutes.
