ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet I used, but can also be spicy or smoked)

Preparation Baked pork tenderloin:
Wash the pork tenderloin and dry it with a paper towel.
In a mortar, crush the coriander seeds and cumin seeds a little. Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
Put the muscle on a piece of baking paper and "tan" it well with spices.
Wrap the muscle in the baking paper and tighten well at the ends, until it acquires a cylindrical shape
