When it comes to baked potatoes, the first thought that comes to mind is "simple recipe, you should not work too hard" 😀 And even so it is this recipe… You work on it to clean some potatoes, to cut meat and season everything as you like 😉
The baked potato recipe I brought you today I made before Easter when even if I was in the fever of preparing the children I still had to give them something good to eat :)) and I remembered that I I saw in Gabi something just good to put in the oven :)) So, a recipe that you can prepare when you have other things to do or when you just don't feel like spending too much time in the kitchen.
Preparation Baked potatoes:
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into quarters or cubes of the right size. Put them in a bowl and put oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and chopped green rosemary over them. Mix well by hand, so that the potatoes are well covered with spices and oil.
Separately, in another bowl put the diced chicken breast. Put a tablespoon of soy sauce and another tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper as much as you think would be necessary and a few hot pepper flakes. Mix well, also by hand 😉
Pour the potatoes into a tray, pan or any other dish you can put in the oven. Put the chicken breast pieces between them and put them in the oven over medium heat until the potatoes are browned. Before removing the tray from the oven, sprinkle a little cheese on top and let it melt.
Good appetite! 😉
