
We need:
* 2 trout
* 200 g mix frozen vegetables
* 1/2 clove garlic
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* juice from 1/2 lemon
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* ginger
* rosemary
* salt and pepper
Chop the garlic and make a sauce with the 2 tablespoons of oil and lemon juice. Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
With this mixture we grease the trout on the outside as well as on the inside.
We put each trout on a piece of aluminum foil. We fill our bellies with vegetables
and tighten the foil well.


I put the raw vegetables, but they can be sautéed before filling the fish.


Refrigerate for at least half an hour, then put them in a pan and bake on medium heat. When they are almost ready (when you can no longer resist the smell :))) open the foil and leave for another 10 minutes, until they turn brown.
