I like to cook, because they are simple recipes, because they are complicated recipes… I do everything with pleasure. But sometimes, to be lazy, to be a source of inspiration :)) I'm leaning against the refrigerator door and lost I wonder: "what are we eating today?" :)) And I start to get out of there, like when you clean and say… “maybe something will come out” :)))
So it was with this recipe. It's nothing complicated, but my family ate everything. Good sign, I'd say! :))

1/2 packet of spaghetti
meatballs
300 g yogurt
125 g mozzarella
2 eggs
basil leaves
salt and pepper
The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water, pass under a stream of cold water and set aside.
In a bowl, mix lightly beaten eggs with the yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the meatballs, mozzarella and chopped basil leaves. Homogenize.
In a heat-resistant dish greased with oil, put the spaghetti, then pour the meatball composition on top.

Bake for about 40 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Good appetite!
