An extremely simple snack that is ready in minutes. Excellent for breakfast or dinner.

Although the "Milk core" cheese is quite similar in taste to mozzarella, in the oven it does not behave like this, as I would have actually wanted. However, it was very good and either you take my word for it or you do too. :))

"Milk core" cheese with salt
Cherry tomatoes
basil flavored olive oil
salt and pepper

Slice the cheese, as well as the cherry tomatoes.

Normal tomatoes can also be used, just as we can change the type of cheese. Everything is permitted. :))

In a heat-resistant dish put a layer of cheese slices, salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with a little olive oil. Cover with a layer of tomato slices, salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano. We continue until we finish the slices of cheese and the tomatoes.

Put the dish in the oven, over medium heat to high, for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned on top.

If you use mozzarella, it should melt and form a delicious crust.
