Baked carp recipe
- 2 pieces of carp
- salt and pepper
- thyme and basil
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomato juice
The other day I went carp fishing. In Carrefour. :)))) I managed to put 2 pieces aside and for me, I made the rest fried. My family doesn't want to hear about anything but fried fish, but I had a crazy urge to eat a carp in the oven, good for licking my fingers. :))
Preparation of baked carp:
The meat is seasoned to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and basil. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, then mix with the tomato juice. The mixture obtained is poured into a heat-resistant vessel greased with oil. Place the fish slices on top (skin down) and put in the oven over medium heat. After 15-20 minutes, turn the slices on the other side and leave until lightly browned on top and the sauce in the bowl drops enough.
Serve hot with polenta and garlic sauce.
