I told you that I recently discovered the avocado fruit. And its flavor, too. I like that it can be used in food recipes as well as in sweets recipes 😉 But since the children don't like the color "too green" :)) I thought of coloring it, how else but with some cocoa…
An absolutely delicious, fine and creamy homemade ice cream came out. Where else can you say that it is ready in 2 times and 3 movements… the freezing takes longer!
- 1 well ripened banana
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (150g)
- 1 tablespoon black cocoa
Preparation Banana and avocado ice cream:
As I was telling you, the preparation method is very simple.
Cut the avocado fruit in half, remove the seeds and remove the core with a spoon. Put in a bowl, then add chopped banana, condensed milk and cocoa. With the vertical blender, mix everything until you get a fine and creamy composition.
- Taste it! If you think it is not sweet enough, add a little more condensed milk.
The obtained composition is poured into ice cream forms that I rinsed well with cold water. Obviously, it is not absolutely necessary to put them in shape, but being dedicated to children, I thought of delighting them with these colorful umbrellas. That they argued over the colors is another story! :))))
The ice cream is put in the freezer for a few hours, then it is served with lust and delight!
