Banana bread classic recipe
- 3 ripe bananas
- 150 g butter
- 350 g flour
- 3 eggs

- 350 ml yogurt or whipped milk

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 vanilla essence

One of the easy recipes to make, which you can try whenever you feel the need, and when you have the necessary ingredients, is the cake with bananas, cinnamon and yogurt, a classic dessert that can take the place of a sweet bread, if you want . In this way you can "recycle" those fruits that have ripened too much and softened, so they will not be eaten fresh.
The banana cake (or banana bread) can be eaten in the morning, at lunch and in the evening, alone or with jam or sauce on top, with a tea, coffee or a glass of milk. It is a pleasant, tasty and quick dessert that anyone can prepare.
The first step in making a banana cake is to crush the fruit well using a fork until it turns into a puree.
The butter will be at room temperature, you will take it and mix it well with the sugar, adding the yogurt and eggs until you get a homogeneous product. Then, you will put this part of the cake composition with yogurt and bananas over the crushed fruits and incorporate well, introducing the vanilla essence.
In another bowl, take the dry ingredients left for the cake with bananas and yogurt, in this case flour, cinnamon, salt powder, baking soda and baking powder, mix them well and insert them spoon by spoon into the liquid composition, incorporating them well. .
If you do not have the time or the necessary disposition to mix the ingredients, you can put them in a bread machine and start the cake program.
You will pour the cake batter with bananas and cinnamon in a baking tray lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, where you will leave it for about 45 minutes.
