An absolutely delicious and fragrant banana cake. It's worth a try, my kids love it 😉
- * 120 g of sugar
- * 50 g melted butter
- * 2 bananas
- * 1 teaspoon baking powder
- * 200 g flour
- * 3 tablespoons chocolate balls
- * vanilla essence
Preparation Banana cake:
The bananas are mashed and incorporated into the egg cream, along with the vanilla essence and chocolate balls.
At the end, lightly incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Pour the composition into a pan greased with butter
and put in the oven over medium heat until browned. The toothpick test is also done.
Leave to cool in the pan, turn over on the plate and dust with plenty of sugar.
