Pancakes… hmmm… Who can stand a portion of pancakes with jam ? Or one of Banat pancakes ? Whether they are with or without chocolate, fluffy or fluffy, we like them. Sometimes children eat them without stuffing, while baking them.
Today's recipe is very simple and fragrant. The filling of the pancakes is up to everyone. 😉
300 ml milk
150 g yogurt
100 g sugar
4 tablespoons oil
flour content (~ 400 g)
Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla until they double in volume. Then add, in turn, milk, oil, yogurt
and forked bananas.
Gradually add the flour until you reach the desired consistency.
Bake without oil in a Teflon pan. Serve with your favorite filling or simple.
