* 1 banana
* 3-4 polka dots of caramel ice cream
* whipped cream
* Chocolate sauce
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 50 g butter
* 1 separate glass
The cocoa is mixed with the sugar then “dissolved” with warm water, poured little by little. Mix well, not to have lumps. Put the pot on the fire and bring it to a boil until it starts to thicken. Set aside, add the butter and leave to cool.
The ice cream is placed on the plate. Peel a banana, grate it and cut it in half lengthwise with a sharp knife, then place it on either side of the ice cream balls.
Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate sauce, also in abundance. :))
The remaining chocolate sauce is stored in the refrigerator in a hermetically sealed jar and will be used for other delicious desserts.
