For today, without too many words, I propose some au gratin meatballs, which I ate very quickly, good as they were. It's very easy to do, because you just know that I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen… ha ha… :))))

  • ~ 300 g turkey breast
  • 1 or
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • green parsley
  • 300 g fat yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • a few basil leaves
  • 100 g cheese

Method of preparation:

First we will prepare the composition for meatballs. We put all the ingredients in the robot (or mincer) and mix until we get a bound and homogeneous composition. Like wet hands, we form meatballs that we will place in a heat-resistant dish.

In a bowl, mix a few eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the yogurt, grated cheese on a large grater and finely chopped basil. We match the taste of salt and pepper.

Pour evenly over the meatballs

and put the dish in the oven for about 50 minutes, until the composition thickens and browns slightly on top.

The au gratin meatballs are served hot.
