* For countertop:
* 8 eggs
* 4 tablespoons oil
* 200 g sugar
* 8 tablespoons flour
* 3 tablespoons cocoa
* 1 baking powder
* free of rum
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat hard with the sugar and a pinch of salt, like meringue. The yolks are mixed with the oil and rum essence. Pour everything over the beaten egg whites, then add the cocoa and flour mixed with the baking powder. The composition is divided into 2 parts.
The first part I baked in a pot well greased with oil and lined with flour. The second part in a pan with a diameter slightly larger than the cauldron, also well greased with oil and lined with flour. Bake the countertops over medium heat for about half an hour. The toothpick is tested. Leave to cool on a grill.

* For the cream:
* 400 g milk chocolate
* 600 ml fresh
Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream over low heat. Bring everything to the boil, do not bring to the boil. Mix and let cool for a few hours, then mix until you get a fluffy cream.

* For syrup:
* 150 g sugar
* 200 ml water
We caramelize the sugar, then quench it with water. Set aside until the caramel melts and cools.
* For decoration:
* 400 ml fresh
* candies for decoration
* 1 Barbie doll
The cooled countertops are cut in 2 or 3, depending on how high they are.
In a bowl lined with food foil we will assemble the cake, a syrupy top and a layer of cream. Cover with foil and let cool for a few hours, preferably in the evening until morning.

Turn the cake over on a plate and in the middle we will make a hole, depending on the thickness of the doll, which we wrap in foil from the waist down. If you are more sadistic you can break his legs and skip this stage. :)))
Garnish with whipped cream, according to preference and imagination.
