Birthday cake for girl 8 years old

Ingredients:

  • * Rock:

  • * 100 g sugar
  • * 120 g flour

  • * 150 g milk powder
  • * 50 g coconut
  • * Bitter chocolate cream:
  • * 200 g dark chocolate
  • * 350 ml liquid cream
  • * White chocolate cream
  • * 150 g white chocolate
  • * 300 ml liquid cream
  • * 5 g gelatin
  • * Strawberry cream:
  • * 100 ml strawberry liqueur
  • * 50 g chocolate
  • * 150 ml liquid cream
  • * 5 g gelatin
  • * Syrup:
  • * 50 ml water
  • * 50 g sugar
  • * 3-4 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur

Preparation of Ioana Cake:

Wheat:

Mix the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until they double in volume and lighten in color, then gradually incorporate the flour and Nesquik, stirring from the bottom up.

Divide the composition into 2 and bake 2 (thin) countertops in a tray (24 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper, in the oven over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Rolled top:

Mix eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until they double in volume and light in color, then gradually incorporate flour and cocoa, stirring from the bottom up.

Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Bake the baking sheet on a baking sheet lined with sugar and roll carefully.

Rolled cream:

Boil the water with the sugar until the syrup binds.

Set aside, add the butter and stir until it melts. Then add powdered milk and coconut.

The resulting cream is spread evenly over the cooled countertop, rolled again and left to cool for a few hours.

Bitter chocolate cream:

We melted the broken chocolate pieces together with 200 ml of whipped cream. Bring to the boil, then set aside and stir until the chocolate melts. Let it cool. When it starts to harden, add the rest of the whipped cream and mix until you get a fluffy cream.

White chocolate cream:

We soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water.

We melted the broken chocolate pieces together with 200 ml of whipped cream. Bring to the boil, then set aside and stir until the chocolate melts. Let it cool. When it has reached a bearable temperature on the finger, add hydrated gelatin and mix until it is completely dissolved.

Beat the rest of the whipped cream well, then pour over the mixture with completely cooled gelatin.

Incorporate the whipped cream with gelatin into the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until it starts to harden.

Strawberry cream:

We soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water.

We melt the broken chocolate pieces together with half of the amount of whipped cream. Leave to cool and when it has reached a bearable temperature on the finger, add hydrated gelatin and mix until dissolved. Beat the rest of the whipped cream well, then pour over the mixture with completely cooled gelatin. At the end, add the strawberry liqueur.

Syrup:

In the tray in which we baked the 2 tops we will assemble the cake. We cut the roll into slices, according to the thickness. We put one of the tops, sprinkle it with a little syrup, and all around we will line the tray with the rolls. Put the dark chocolate cream in a layer as uniform as possible. With the ice cream portioner we will form balls of strawberry cream that we will position in the middle of the flower-shaped cake. We also put white chocolate cream all around. Cover with the second top, also syruped with a little syrup and refrigerate for a few hours. I left him overnight.

Pour on the plate and decorate with plenty of whipped cream and chocolate balls.

This slice is a bit ruffled and dizzy, so after the party, you will be a little tolerant… :)))
