I’m just a match :)), I don’t know if that’s what a real soccer ball looks like, but at least it looks from afar. :)) And most importantly, the celebrity liked it. Hope! :)))
* For the countertop we need:
* 6 eggs
* 150 g sugar
* 3 tablespoons mineral water
* 1 sachet of chocolate pudding
* 3 tablespoons Nesquik
* 100 g flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat hard with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and continue beating until the egg whites become hard and shiny, like meringue.
The yolks are mixed with mineral water and poured over the beaten egg whites. Then comes cocoa and pudding powder, which can be replaced with starch, if you don’t like it. At the end, add the flour mixed with baking powder, lightly with movements from top to bottom.
Pour the composition into a tray (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper and bake for 30-35 minutes. We do the toothpick test.
* For the cream we need:
* 200 g milk chocolate
* 200 g butter
* 6 tablespoons whipped cream
* 50 ml brandy
Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream. Set aside and add the brandy. Let it cool.
We rub the soft butter, at room temperature, the foam, after which we will incorporate melted and cooled chocolate in it. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
* 100 g white chocolate
* 300 ml liquid cream
* 10 g gelatin
* 50 g dark chocolate
I melted the chocolate together with 50 ml of whipped cream. After the composition cooled, I added hydrated gelatin in a few tablespoons of cold water. I put it in the fridge until completely cooled, then I incorporated the rest of the whipped cream.
I wallpapered a bowl with cling film and put the composition, I “sealed” it and put it in the fridge until it hardened.
Cut the baked and cooled top into 2, syrup it with a little burnt sugar syrup, fill it with chocolate cream
and cover with whipped cream.
For the decoration of the ball, I melted the chocolate and spread it on baking paper, after which I cut the hexagons. I found a shape through Amira’s sorter. :))
