Biscuit and chocolate cake recipe

Although I miss making those elaborate cakes and fabulous cakes… for a while, for various reasons, I haven't made them. I focused mainly on simple and quick cakes, on desserts that are fixed, as the girls on would say :)) This category also includes the cake with biscuits and chocolate that I present to you today.

Biscuit and chocolate cake recipe


  • For the countertop:
  • 150 g chocolate chip cookies
  • 100 g simple biscuits
  • 80 g chopped almonds with a knife
  • 150 g butter
  • For the cream:
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1-2 sachets of whipping cream
  • mint-free

Method of preparation:

We mix the biscuits on the robot until we get a fine breadcrumbs. Add chopped almonds and melted butter. Mix a little until the composition becomes 'crumbly' 🙂 Turn over in a tray lined with baking paper, squeeze well with a spoon or even by hand and refrigerate until you prepare the cream.

Melt the broken chocolate pieces together with the whipping cream. Bring to the boil, set aside and mix. Let it cool, then put it in the freezer for about 50-60 minutes. Mix the cream until it becomes fluffy. Add the whipped cream hardener if necessary. At the end we flavored with mint essence.

Put the cream over the cookie sheet and put the tray back in the fridge until the cream hardens very well.

It is portioned as desired.
