Today we have the cookie roll. A cake recipe that is very easy to make, does not require much biblicality, and if you prepare all the ingredients at hand, everything goes smoothly. I say this because you have to work fast, so that the creams don't get cold.
Let's see how fast it is made… I hope it tempts you too, the taste of caramel combined with that of powdered milk cream (very similar in taste to homemade chocolate ) is delicious.
Preparation Biscuit roll:
The biscuits are put in the robot and finely ground. The sugar is caramelized in a saucepan over low heat. When it has become liquid and has acquired the color of amber, water is poured. Continue to boil until the caramel melts. Set aside from the heat and put the biscuit breadcrumbs and mix vigorously.
The cream obtained is immediately spread over the wafer sheet.
Powdered milk cream:
Water, sugar and butter are boiled over low heat. When it boils, mix it well until the composition is homogenous. Set aside and put the powdered milk and coconut. Homogenize by stirring vigorously.
Spread the cream obtained over the biscuit cream, then start to lightly roll the wafer sheet. Let it cool until it hardens, then portion as desired.
