* For the roll:
* 165 g chocolate chip cookies
* 50 g melted butter
* For the filling:
* 50 ml water
* 70 g butter
* 100 g sugar
* 150 g milk powder
* vanilla essence
The biscuits will be kept in the refrigerator before being used, so that the chocolate is hard. Put them in the robot bowl and mix at high speed.
Add the melted butter, little by little, until you get a composition like crumbs.
Spread the composition on a food foil and level with the palms or bottom of a glass. It's getting cold.
In a bowl put boiling water with sugar. When it starts to thicken and the foam rises on top, add the butter and continue to boil until it melts. Set aside and add powdered milk and vanilla essence. Stir vigorously, not to form lumps. Leave to cool, then spread over the cookie sheet with chocolate.
With the help of the foil, roll it as tight as possible, wrap it in plastic foil, then in an aluminum one and let it cool until it hardens very well.
I hurried a bit and used warm cream, and the cookie sheet disintegrated a bit. :)) But you don't have to do like me. 🙂
