Biscuit salami is not one of my favorite desserts. But I like it, especially because it reminds me of my childhood. 😉 And because it is easy and not expensive I do it when I want to feel like a child again :)))
- 500 g regular biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 100 g walnut kernels
- a few pieces of shit
- esenta de rom
- For decoration:
- ground walnut or coconut
How to prepare biscuit salami with chocolate and walnut:
The biscuits are put in a bag and crushed with the rolling pin, we will get a biscuit breadcrumbs mixed with larger pieces of biscuits. 😉
In a bowl put the milk, butter, broken chocolate pieces and sugar. Put the pot on the fire and heat gently until all the ingredients are homogenous. Set aside and leave to cool. When it has cooled, we flavor it with rum essence.
Put the crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix with cocoa, broken walnut pieces by hand and diced shit.
Pour the milk and chocolate syrup on top and mix lightly with a spoon, until it is well absorbed by the biscuits.
On a piece of aluminum foil we spread ground walnuts in a thin layer. We spread the biscuit composition on top in a layer as uniform as possible, then with the help of the foil we form a stick (we roll as if we were making a roll). It is wrapped well in foil and by hand pressing it is given the shape of a cylinder.
Let it cool until it hardens well and can be sliced.
