  • Sausage biscuits:
  • 150 g regular biscuits
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 ml milk

Sausage biscuits:

Grind the biscuits or crush them with a rolling pin.

In a bowl, over low heat, melt the chocolate with the butter. We mix the cocoa with the sugar, then we "dissolve" it with the cold milk. The sauce obtained is mixed with melted chocolate and butter. Homogenize and leave to cool. When it has cooled, add the rum essence.

Pour this sauce over the biscuits and mix well until the biscuits are soaked with the chocolate sauce.

Coffee ice cream:

The yolks are mixed with the sugar until they become like a cream. Add the milk and bring to a boil, until it thickens a little, stirring constantly. After that, put the ness dissolved in a little warm water and cocoa. Homogenize, set aside and leave to cool.

After the yolk composition has cooled with coffee, add the whipped cream and mix well. Put in the freezer for 1 hour-1 hour and a half.

The composition for biscuit salami is spread on a food foil, in a thin layer. Refrigerate for a few minutes, to harden a little.

Place a layer of ice cream over the cookie sheet and roll the top with the foil.

Wrap the "salami" in aluminum foil, tighten well at the ends and put in the freezer until completely frozen.
