- 4 eggs
- 150 gr sugar
- 1 tablespoon black cocoa
- 250 gr butter 82% fat
- a pinch of salt
- 500 gr popular biscuits
- 150 gr dehydrated cherries
- 100 gr ground walnuts + for rolling salami
Method of preparation:
In a saucepan put eggs, salt, sugar and cocoa. Put on low heat and stir continuously until the composition binds and fluidizes, without boiling.
We take it down and put the diced butter. Stir vigorously until the butter is completely incorporated. Add the rum and broken biscuits into smaller pieces.
Add the cherries and ground walnuts and mix lightly.
Sprinkle ground walnuts on plastic wrap.
We put half of the composition and give it an elongated shape. Sprinkle with ground walnuts and roll the foil at the ends tightly. Bring the ends under the roll and place it on a hard surface. We do the same with the remaining composition.
Let the cake cool for a few hours or until the next day.
Serving at the time of serving.
