My dear ones, I know that most of you are now looking for Christmas cake recipes , but today's cheesecake has skyrocketed in the top of our culinary preferences, so you must have known about it. 😉 A fluffy blackberry top with chocolate and a fine cream cheese, how can you not be tempted to even taste it?
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 100 g ground walnuts
- a teaspoon of baking powder
- Cheese cream:
- 850 g of cottage cheese
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- vanilla essence
- candied lemon peel
How to make Negresa with cheese – Brownie Cheesecake:
The butter and broken chocolate melt the pieces over low heat or in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix until you get a fine cream. Then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each and flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt. At the end, add the ground walnuts.
We pour the composition in a tray (24 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper.
Put the cheese in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix everything with a vertical blender until you get a fine cream.
- if the cheese is too dry you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream or 1 more egg
- you can flavor it with any other flavor you like
Pour the obtained cream lightly over the composition for the countertop, level it and put it in the oven over medium heat for about 1 hour, until the surface of the cake starts to brown slightly. Turn off the heat, open the oven door and let the cake cool gradually. Then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
It is very good and served immediately after cooling, but better the next day. 😉
