* 300 g dark chocolate
* 250 g butter
* 5 eggs
* 200 g sugar
* ~ 200 g flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 250 g mascarpone
Method of preparation
Melt the chocolate together with the butter over low heat or in the microwave. Homogenize and leave to cool.
The eggs mix very well with a pinch of salt and sugar, until they double in volume and become like a cream. Add the cooled chocolate, then the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix.
In a 20/30 cm tray pour half of the composition, then put a teaspoon of very cold mascarpone (keep it in the freezer for a few minutes) from place to place. Cover with the rest of the chocolate composition and bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Leave to cool in the pan, then portion.
