Blackberry recipe with chocolate and apples
- * 4 eggs
- * 150 g sugar
- * 250 g margarine Rama Maestro
- * 3 large apples
- * 4 tablespoons black cocoa
- * 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- * 1 baking powder
- * 2 dogs flour
- For the cream:
- * 200 g dark chocolate
- * 200 ml liquid cream
How to prepare Negresa with apples and chocolate:
We partially melt the margarine, then mix it until it hardens again and becomes like a cream. Add the sugar and mix until it melts, add the cocoa, then the eggs one by one, mixing well after each one. The flour is mixed with baking powder and cinnamon and is easily incorporated into the composition. At the end we put the grated apples on the grater with large eyes and squeezed by the juice.
Pour the resulting composition in a tray (25/35 cm) lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream over low heat. When it has reached boiling point, set it aside and mix well. Put the dish in the fridge until it cools down well and begins to harden. Mix vigorously until you get a fine and fluffy chocolate cream.
The top is cut into squares, and on each square of the top we put a word of cream.
