Blackberry with peaches and nuts

I invite you to a slice of blackberry, absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

ss:
200 g flour
50 g cocoa
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
100 g sugar
3 eggs
150 m of sunflower oil
150 ml of milk
50g nuts
rum essence
1 pinch of salt
3-4 peaches from compote

How do we proceed:
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl.

Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and then gradually add the ground sugar and mix until it doubles in volume. Add the oil, milk and rum essence and mix the composition.
Add the dry composition over the wet one and mix with the mixer for a few seconds, then continue to mix lightly, with a spatula, in movements from bottom to top.

Cut 2 peaches into cubes, add over the dough and mix.

The walnuts are cut / broken into smaller pieces and added to the composition.

Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper – I used a 28/19 cm tray
Add 1-2 sliced peaches on top.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (until it passes the toothpick test).
Remove the cake from the pan and leave to cool on a grill, then serve.
